Amazing easyrider trip from Da Lat to Saigon

We did a 4d/3n easy rider tour to Saigon very spontaneously after walking into their office in Da Lat. Tran was extremely helpful and honest so we immediately felt in good hands. He explained the tour and the booking process was super easy. The day after we booked we were picked up by our guides/drivers Kha & Quoc (Peter). Instantly we knew this will be fun. Both are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and speak perfect English. To our surprise they asked us if we would prefer the coastal tour (that we booked) or the central highland tour (which we actually preferred). We picked the highland tour and this was the perfect choice. The scenery was stunning and we had the chance to get a brief glimpse into the life of local Vietnamese living in the less travelled hinterland. During our 4 days we had many stops at farms, factories and scenic locations. We learned a LOT. Silk making, cashew farms, gumtrees, a secluded waterfall and the Vietnamese civil war are just a few topics/stopps that were part of the trip. To those who might think that doesn’t sound like a blast: you are wrong! It was fantastic and we really learned thing we didn’t expect at all. But what made the trip unforgettable were Kha & Quoc. Both were the best guides we could ever imagine. Honest, fun, open and especially open to talk about Vietnam and its past, present and future. We were extremely happy to get the chance to get to know them both. If you are in doubt to do a tour with them or doubt to spend the money, stop thinking and simply do it. It was worth every minute and Dong spent. An unforgettable experience and trip we surely do again on our next trip to Vietnam.

Stor anbefaling herfra!

Easy Riders: amazing way to visit Vietnam

If I had to sum up my experience with Easy Riders in one word, I'd have to just type "wow". I cannot stress enough how amazing our trip was, and it's all down to the five wonderful men who showed us their beautiful country and people. We had booked a four-day trip from Da Lat to Ho Chi Minh city, recommended by a workmate of mine. However, we added on two more days and also visited the Mekong Delta region, because we really just fell in love with the experience and didn't want it to end. I don't know how to do it justice in this review; I could type for hours! These guys, they're just the best. Funny, charming, kind, caring, intelligent, wise, helpful, generous, I can't list enough positive adjectives to describe Toan, Hung, Nguyen (Ti), Vuong (Ace) and Cuong. Such amazing men. They really made our trip. The places you will see, the people you'll meet and the wealth of knowledge you'll learn while in the company of Easy Riders is second to none. It is *the* way to visit Vietnam. The guys looked after us so well from the moment they collected us, to the minute they dropped us off for the last time. My friends and I were really quite emotional saying goodbye. I admit: we were all crying! A lot! The guys just made us feel so special; we really didn't want to say goodbye. Toan was leading the trip; he's such a wise, thoughtful man, with a great sense of kindness and humour. He and his team really know their stuff. They taught us so much. They translated for us, ordered food, helped us sort out a laundry issue (we won't ever forget Hung helping us hang out our washing, haha!) and took us to see real Vietnam, not just what you read in guide books. Toan's bbq cooking was fantastic! After swimming in the fairy pool at Draysap Waterfall, it was the perfect meal. Personal touches like that (we shopped with him at the market) are what make the Easy Riders experience so brilliant and moving. My friends and I will never forget the whole experience, and I plan to do it again in a few years; there's just so much to see, and I feel like I have made Vietnamese friends in our guides. I really hope to see them all again; they are just wonderful. Do a trip with Easy Riders: you will be so happy you did it. You'll meet these gorgeous people and have the time of your life. I cannot recommend it enough. Vietnam, your Easy Riders stole our hearts! As for what we visited, we spent four days in the Central Highlands, but we had the option to go to the coast for two if we had wanted. The guys are very easy-going and will help you tailor your trip to suit you. We decided that we'd stick with the Highlands, and we saw so much, from Buddhist temples, farms, rubber trees, to cashew nut, silk and noodle factories; experience after experience, all organised by Toan and the guys. We felt so safe and relaxed in their company, including on the crazy roads packed full of loud trucks and motorbike traffic we Dubs weren't used to. We also did the Cu Chi Tunnels, a night in a jungle homestay in the Mekong Delta, including sailing up the jungle rivers, and the floating markets in Can Tho, before riding to Ho Chi Minh city, where we visited the war museum before our emotional goodbye. Those are just some of the many wonderful places we went to, not to mention a crazy karaoke night! I just loved every minute of those six days. I can't imagine Vietnam without these guys. It was the trip of a lifetime and I hope everyone visiting Vietnam gets to explore it like we did with Easy Riders. Miss them already!

Fantastic way to experience the real Vietnam

We took a 4 day trip through the Central Highlands with Easy Riders, riding for 4 days from Da Lat to Saigon, and LOVED every minute. We rode our own bike (husband riding, me as pillion) while Hung, our fantastic Easy Riders guide, led the way and transported our backpacks on his bike. Our bike was in great condition so we could relax and enjoy the ride, and what a ride! We passed through stunning scenery and Hung took us to all kinds of interesting places along the way. He introduced us to so many wonderful people who were invariably warm and welcoming, and we had so many laughs. We tried our hand at coffee bean harvesting, incense stick making and cashew nut shelling. We stopped for all kinds of different street food, some of the best we tasted during our whole time in Vietnam. Accommodation each night was in local guest houses, basic but always clean and comfortable. Hung took great care to ensure that we got the most out of our experience and we chatted with him for hours, learning so much about Vietnam, its history and the region in which we were travelling. He was such good fun, we felt sad to say goodbye and would have loved to keep going for a few more days. If you want to get off the beaten track, meet local people and explore the real Vietnam, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend an adventure with the Easy Riders. Thanks so much guys, it was Ace! Xxx
